Performing at the Festival
If you are a performer who wishes to be considered for the 2025 Islands Folk Festival, July 25, 26 & 27th. Please send your promo material and cover letter to: artisticdirector@cowichanfolkguild.ca. We listen to all submissions and while we can’t promise a booking, we will get back to you.
Volunteering for the Festival
Volunteers are the foundation of our festival, without them we would not be the success we are today!
For the modest commitment of 12 festival hours and 2 hours for set-up and/or teardown, you get to join our stellar crew and enjoy the following perks.
Volunteer perks include; a weekend pass , free camping in the West Field or Lower Forest, free parking, light meals and snacks in the awesome volunteer center, a chance to win some awesome stuff from our Volunteer Appreciation crew, and exclusive access to our Volunteer Party held right after teardown on the Sunday of festival weekend!
