■Can we enter the event through the parking lot? - YES - If you don’t want to wait for the shuttle you can walk in from the parking lot. Our friendly festival Host/Security team will show you the way to the Ticket Booth.

The path from the parking lot is uneven and might not be the best route for those with limited mobility. The shuttle runs every 10-15 min soo waiting won't be long! 

■ Can we purchase half day tickets? We do offer a Saturday Night ticket, entrance after sound break.

■ Can we purchase half day tickets If we are leaving at dinnertime? We only offer full day ticket pricing, unless you arrive after sound break for the evening show.

 ■ I only want to see my friend perform, can I just go in for that? Your ticket is for the weekend, day or Saturday evening, come support your friend and take the time to enjoy the music and ambiance of the festival.

 ■ Is there WiFi on the site? There is Rogers open WiFi onsite. 

■ Is there accessible parking? Accessible parking is located inside the festival, via the Hutton Road entrance. Someone will meet you there to assign a space and collect payment ($20 per day). 

■ Will the shuttle drop us off at the gate? Shuttle drop off is just outside the RV camping field, 

■ Do we have to pay for the shuttle? The shuttle is Free, but donations are welcome and appreciated 

■ Can I drive into my tent site? All tenting sites are walk-in only. We do have wagons/wheelbarrows to use but we recommend you bring your own if able. Temporary parking is available while you unload. 10 min only please. Enter the festival through the Hutton Road entrance (beside St.Ann's Church) and our helpful camping crew will direct you to the forest access trail. 

■ Are programs free? Programs can be purchased at the Info Booth. If you don’t wish to buy a program, you can find a copy of the lineup on our website 

■ What do I do if I lose my wristband? Please head to the Ticket Booth to get a new one.

■ Is there an ATM on site? Yes, you can locate the ATM inside the INFO Booth tent in the main causeway

■ Is there Lost & Found on site? Yes, you can locate LOST items or turn in FOUND items at the INFO BOOTH on the main causeway 

■ Are child-minding services available? No, please know the whereabouts of your children at ALL TIMES. This also includes the Wee Folks/Sparkle Zone.
